Bernardo Funeral Homes Ltd. opened its second location at 855 Albion Road in 1985. When originally purchased, the building underwent a renovation to retrofit it as a funeral home with two large (or four smaller) visitation suites and two lounges. In 2010 the building underwent another renovation that saw it add new landscaping features as well as cosmetic updates on the interior. Recently, addition of new technology infrastructure that allow us to livestream funeral services. When the COVID-19 Pandemic took place and as restrictions were placed on funerals, we were able to broadcast funerals to friends and family locally and anywhere in the world. Continually, we undergo cosmetic updates inside and outside of our facility and strive to offer you the best we possibly can in both services and amenities. We’ve operated under the motto “from our families to yours” and this is still true today and a family run business. We continuously try to make improvements with the mindset of what we would look for if we were to be served.
